Look on ebay. Just saw a set of 16 lifters for 260. The springs and rods you should be able to get from the dealer.

They aren't hard to get. We can get them at any time. The 6.1 springs and retainers are made of better materials than the 5.7L stuff. The pushrods are one piece, versus a rolled and welded piece....Every engine I or work on, I replace the 5.7 stuff with 6.1 stuff. The prices are cheap enough, why not? A set of the 6.1 pushrods are about $20 for both intake and exhaust...

The 6.1 valves won't fit in the 5.7 heads. They are bigger.

They are bigger but a machine shop could fix that for the right price

If your going to upgrade the valve train Deff go with the 6.1 stuff it's stonger and better for longevity purposes and gives you the basic upgrades for a cam swap if you so one later on

If you are wanting bigger valves, it would be better to just put 6.1 heads on it...call me tomorrow and I will get you a price on the springs, retainers, and pushrods. Not neccessary to replace the lifters, as they are the same in both motors. Only difference is whether they are MDS or not...
