Yes it will bolt right to it issue free same clutch same flywheel same everything. Only diff between the two you will need a pilot bearing for the hemi for the trans input shaft is all it hammers into the back of the crank where the 4.7 uses a brass bushing.

I have this entire swap sitting in my barn trying to sell it to someone lol.
Redtruck-VA and ric3xrt like this.

Where are you located? The 4.7 pcm can run the hemi using a custom tune.

Love the 50s D-series trucks, tells us what you need and we will get you there. there is No shortage of Knowledge on this board when it comes to G3 Hemis
The NV3500 will hold up behind a mild G3 hemi , just have to be kind to it. No 4k clutch drops with 29X10.5 slicks ...one Question is it the low gear NV3500HD?

Thanks for the welcome to this group, and all the speedy replies not sure how to tell if its a low gear. I lost original ownership for the Dakota it came from. Are the transmissions stamped somewhere?

I guess to start with this is what I'm up again. Its a 2000 dodge Dakota frame i was told to use motor mounts from a dodge Darango to put the Hemi on and i don't need all the wiring harness so should i have a new Ecm and wiring harness made based on my project? And hew would everyone recommend to make it?
