Starting Issues

Hello Ram Family. Need A Little Advise. My 2012 Hemi 5.7 V8 Quad Cab, every once in a while, I will hit the key and it won't turn over. Sounds like a starter solenoid to me. 10 seconds later it starts like nothing is wrong and it will roll fine for like a couple weeks and then again I get the same situation where it like the solenoid going out. Is that what my problem is, or is it something electrical that I have to have the dealer look at?

Checked and good. Also checked the connections going to starter and also ground connection. All are good and tight. Could it be something electrical maybe with the key fob that Chrysler/Dodge gives with these trucks?

Does it have remote start? If not, it can't be the fob. A key is a key. If it turns the ignition switch, it works. How many miles? It's a bit early for battery failure. Do you make a lot of short trips?

The key fob does not have remote start. Only panic, lock, and unlock, and we drive about 75 miles a day during the week for work. Battery is good. And connections are good. I had fobs tested and battery inside of fobs and they are good. Millage is at 104,000 and some change.
