Did it give a code? I've never seen that wording on anything.

P0315. I hooked a scanner up and monitored the engine pam data. And crank and can showed in sync with a difference of .60 and then under that it shows crank cam last lost and it says crank. So I'm wondering if that means the crank sensor is losing signal

Yes the crank sensor is dropping out. Very common to go bad.
