random multible misfire

got an 05 ram,5.7 bought it last year with 97k on it now its at 140k ,ran great until came out from work ,started it and it started missing terribly ,threw out p0300 code ,cleared code and seemed to run good again ,next morning started it and miss was back but went away after getting to normal temp so i changed spark plugs ,improved a lil but still missed untill warmed up then it gradually got worse started missing constantly so thought had bad coil n changed them all, still having cold start miss and slight stumble right off idle still throwing p0300 code .seen in other posts people talking bout broke exhaust springs may be the culprit but was wondering if certain cylinders were more susceptible than others and if anyone could recommend a brand that is not prone to this if this is my problem

Does it stall at idle? Possibly egr valve issue stuck open. Get a good scanner and it should be able to show cylindrr contribution at idle basically idle misfire monitor. Cylinder 1/3 seem to be problematic on the 2005 range engines.

Well may still be stuck open with truck idling does egr tube get hot it should be cool to touch at idle since it's not working then. It will be hot may burn if not careful if flowing at idle. If that's not the issue you will need a scanner to narrow it down a little more

How hot can't hold hot? If so pull it off and see if there is a piece of carbon stuck in it

make sure the evap purge vakve under the fuse box is not hung open. Pull the lines off it and try and blow thru it if there's flow it's stuck. If that is fine then you will need a scanner to narrow it down a little better
