Pulley ?

Iím in the middle of changing out my radiator, water pump, hoses and belt. I would like to change the two original idle pulleys. Is there a difference between the top and bottom? They look the same to me but I wasnít sure. Also is there a brand preference?

The pulleys tighten like a spark plug 12ft lbs range is fine. The water pump tighten to a round 18ftlbs. I don’t use torque wrenches my hands are Calibrated lol. Just tighten them down and put a little on them for pulley then water pump snug plus a touch
