Need help hoping some one has seen this before

I have an o3 1500 with 5.7 hemi has after market headers amd no exhaust from the cat back the rest fell off about a yr ago but anyways previous owner had the red lightning bolt so they replaced the throttle body and it fixed the problem for about 2 months then the lighting bolt came back on so they replaced the throttle body again and it was still having the issue irratiac idle and no throttle response then thats when i ended up with the truck thinking it was a wiring or ecm problem which i could of figured out seeing how thats whay i do all day at work and home being a mechanic but i went on all data and did all my test and was coming up blank so i decided to remove the spark plug wire off the intake and found (one of the pictures) so i removed the intake so i vould order a new one and found this (in pictures) and i have no clue on what caused it and it only being on 3 cylinders 2 on one head and 1 on the other head

Yes I have seen this before being that it’s a 2003 it has no egr so that’s no an issue but you deff have a valve seating issue allowing hot combustion to blow up past the valves and melt the intake from the inside out.

Thank you that makes sense i suspose if the intake valve was sticking open while the exhaust valve was open it would allow the hot air into the intake but y just on them.3 cylinders and is there a way to fix or lube the valves and seat the tey and get them.to seat right without having to pull the heads and remove the valves or is it even servicable thru the valve covers i havent taken a look and see the set up

Also if that was the case wouldnt it run real rough because when i was teying to relearn the throttle and i got it to run at a steady idle despite the holes in the intake it ran pretty good and had no miss just no throttle response and the red lightning bolt also had no check engine light or codes /ff data in the cpu (i know the light works because soon as i unplugged the iat sensor the light came on)

Only way to fix this issue is to pull the heads and have them gone thru. The early hemi was known for exhaust spring breaking (not the issue here) and valve seats wobbling around at around 2500 rpm range won’t notice it at idle. Sadly your going to have to pull the heads no way around this as there is likely burned valves in play bow

I have my original intake I would just give you if I wasn't so far away. It should be pretty easy to locate anyways.
