HVAC question

I've been noticing here lately a/c working good but when I stop somewhere with truck running it wont cool good, today I noticed while sitting with blower speed on max the speed would fluctuate without touching anything and it's not on auto either. Also is it common to hear the blend door actuators under the dash to cycle when truck is off

The doors cyl w for a self test so yes that’s normal. Thy should not click click click though just move there there modes and back.

Ac cool moving warm sitting is normally a condenser fan not working or sometimes a low charge.

The blower speed changes can be a couple things (bad blower motor, resistor going bad, control head acting up for some odd reason, or just an electrical issue in general) go under passenger side of dash and locate the blower resistor and unplug it and see if the connector is melted possibly also
