Going to call today a success. Forgot to include an aluminum pan in the shipping box, so first thing was sit the crate back on the ground and open it up. Zip tied the pan so it wasn't just floating around inside the box. Buttoned it back up and put it in the truck. Called around and got some rediculas quotes. Texted Martin and he offered to use his account and set everything up for less than half of what I was being told. Big kudo's goes to Martin for customer support. So with that behind me I could get on with important stuff like make wheel studs. As I outlined before made a stop on my chop saw and cut ten 2-3/4" lengths of allthread. Deburred them, screwed on the jam nuts and welded the backs, effectively making a bolt. Screwed them into the flanges with some loktite, torqued the suckers to 80 ft/lbs. Chassis should be a roller tomorrow.
