No doubt you use your AC a lot. But still I feel that is way to often to burn out. I would check the ground and power going to it. But personally I would find out its current draw and connect an adequate size relay to it with power coming from the battery, with it's own ground. Thiis is how I have my efan wired and its been running in this configuration for years without issues. Then look for a fan motor with a lifetime warranty , maybe Rockauto would give a good selection of motors?

at work I have changed a lot of them but not on the same truck. make sure your ac charge is full also so the fan doesn't cycle on and off if the compressor does. dodge truck run the fan as long as the compressor is running if it cycles they shut it off and start it back up. the ground for the fan is 1 of the two grounds of the drivers fender lip edge there near the fuse box or up by the cowl. your truck has a timp so there is no relay to change.
