Chasing a misfire

I have be trying to find the cause of my misfire issue. I have a 2010 1500 Hemi. For the past 3 or so months I have be getting a misfire on cylinder 7 after I push my truck over (roughly) 5k RPMs. This misfire stays until I replace the spark plugs in cylinder 7. This has resolved the issue, until my most recent episode. The misfire started after I had to pass someone. I just replaced the spark plugs and it is still misfiring. I hardly every push my truck that hard, but sometimes you need too.

The first time it happened, I just finished replacing my broken exhaust manifold bolts and I was excited to not hear that. So I pushed it a little. The misfire started. Not knowing why, I replaced the coil and spark plugs.
The second time, I was passing someone and noticed it started shortly after. Realizing it start after reaching above 5k, I replaced the spark plugs and just didn't push above 5k.
Now I'm on my third time, I need to pass someone(once again). Now it's still misfiring after replacing the spark plugs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.. what condition are the spark plugs that were missing and replaced? Have you swapped the coil with a cylinder that isn't missing?

Thank you!
I'm no expert when it comes to vehicles. I can usually do some research and repair my own vehicle. As far as the condition of the spark plugs, I don't see anything out of the ordinary. I can attach a picture when I get home. And no I haven't swapped around the coil, I can try that. This will only resolve the misfire issue right?
My main concern is "why" this is happening.
Thanks for the reply.

First need to find out what is happening, then why should become evident.

Sounds good Greg. I will swap around the coils tomorrow and see if the problem follows.

Swap the coils like stated and see what happens I prey for you. That year was known for lifter failures I hope that is not what’s happening here

Those spark plugs should work... Better hope it's a bad coil...
