Big dog engines $$$

Many of us watch street outlaws and have seen them go from open trailers being towed by work trucks to million dollar mobile shops with living quarters. This last round of no prep racing on tv dropped hints of 900+ cubic inch engines with 4 stages, twins or supercharged. Not to mention spares engines and other pieces of high power jewelry. Of course I'm envious, but to play you have to pay.. and apparently have very deep pockets..... damn!
But seriously $100,000+ engines, or $15,000 for a shock are you kidding me? I'll stick with my trusted hemi..... street rules!

When you can afford this engine, your Red Camaro should be #1 on the OKC list
https://www.prolineracing.net/blogs/engines/plr-481x

Good News is Bird Man runs a BAE twin turbo HEMI @ 526 CI, which is the closet to the original Chrysler design of any of the "Hemis" out on that type of circuit, Megladon Camaro is also a BAE , but his is Procharged.
Chuck and Death trap run a 420 in SBC(dart block and Heads) with twin hair dryers.
Farm truck is a 668ish BBC type with 3 stages NOS, he runs the smallest of NOS engines and he's the heaviest .

over on Moparts and Fastmopar you have joshKing and his twin hair dyer G3 duster ,should be F--ing fast not Birdman fast ,but Faster than I'm willing to go now a days.

I agree Greg , I love my G3s those "street outlaws" can have their monster money motors.

I don't believe anything they say about their engines except the small blocks are the rpm (destroke) engines and the top big blocks are massive. Boost is around 40lbs. I enjoy the show, but miss the days when we worked all week on our cars trying to make as much horsepower as we could not give a thought to managing it. If you spun, you had too much air in the tires.... lol
