A/c woes

Over the last 6 months my a/c will go from blowing cold to warm like its out of freon. Had it check an was told that it was good. Now within the last month really it's gotten worse where most of my drive it will blow warm. Usually when I first start driving it will be cold but after maybe 5 mins it will be warm. Usually the warm cycle wouldn't last long but now it seems to stay warm for longer an blow cold on short occasions. Is there anything to check or should I take it in to someone?

Warm as in the ac is switching over to hot or like compressor just turned off?

There are mode doors that are electrically controlled thy could be going out. Make sure your condensor fan is working anytime the ac is on!

Ok then either a blend door is moving a little on its own (going bad), the ac charge is low (leak), or you may have a clutch on the comp that when warm doesn't work!

When it blows ambient temp pop the good and see if the comp is running also.

your compressor clutch may be going out. When you feel warm air check under the hood and confirm that the A/C clutch is engaged. If it isnt, the clutch may need to be replaced (this is assuming that you have the right amount of gas in your system, too much or too little gas affects if the compresor clutch engages or not)
