A/C Help Needed

I've been having what appears to be the A/C condenser freezing up on my '04 Ram. The A/C will be cold for 20-30 minutes of use, then the air velocity through the vents decreases to a point where you can hardly feel any air movement, even on full speed. The fan is making the noise, but it's not coming out through any vents (floor, dash or defrost). I shut off the A/C for 10-15 minutes with just the blower running to defrost the condenser. Turned A/C back on and air velocity through the vents was back to normal. Checked the Freon charge and it reads a little high, but certainly not low. I was having problems with the condensation vent being clogged, but got that cleared out. Any thoughts on why the condenser would be freezing up (if that's the problem) with a full charge of Freon?

Bring it to a shop and have it evacuated and recharged and see what that does. Freezing evaporator is normally an oil issue or a charge issue. Start with a fresh full charge after evacuation using a machine and see what it does
