Would it be rice??? Tail pipe question

OK, so I would like to run dual 5inch exhaust tips on my Daytona (side exit)
the problem that I have is that the leaf spring interferes with the front exhaust tip and it would make it really difficult for it to be functional.
My question to you is, and be honest, do you think it would be rice if I mounted the front exhaust tip but for it to be non-functional? It would really fill up the Daytona's skirt opening for the exhaust exit.
I would cap the rear of the tip, paint the inside black and tig welded to the rear, functional tip.
The idea is to install the rear one and have the front one piggy back onto it.
I dont know if I am explaining myself well with what I am trying to do. Here are a few pics to help you visualize what I am talking about

So one is still actually functional right? I would say no if both are fake but if one is real I would say yeah because you're trying to tie in to the Daytona body kit.i've seen a rumble bee around my neck of the woods with dual exhaust straight out the back it looks stupid because it still has the body kit on an the hole for the exhaust on the right sid

Now I see unless you get the angle of the 2nd pic ou can't tell

That would work or you could find one of the extra wide rectangular single NASCAR stainless steel tips that would fill up the space. They actually may be too wide for your exit opening...Can't remember right now where I've seen them for sale but they are available and expensive.

The rear one would be functional. The front one wont.
You see, the thing is that i am runing a 4" exhaust and it is imposible to run a second, 4" pipe to the front exhaust tip becuase there is no room between it and the leaf spring.

If you've got room and can mandrel bend your exit pipe maybe you could fit one of the extra large MagnaFlow twin-outlet stainless steel tips instead of bothering with two separate tips - I've used them and they are very nice .

This is how it would look with the single, functional exhaust tip

I have seen those, but have not been able to find one that has a 4" inlet.

It would take some work but the twin outlet with a single inlet might work - like the tip I mentioned above .
