Repeat 1128 OBD codes

I had all new O2 sensors along with an entire exhaust system(from manifolds back) installed on my 2006 Ram 2500Hemi
Truck has only 74k miles but was used (I think) to snowplow up North

Anyway..it keeps throwing 1128 OBD codes..After the mechanic couldnt fix it, I took it to our local Dodge dealer and they replaced (at my second cost) the upstream Bank one O2 sensor.
This worked for about 200 miles and it is throwing codes again..grrr
I asked them to particularily examine the wiring to the O2 sensors thinking that there might be a problem there, but they swear the wiring is OK.
I might add that I also had the MAF sensor and ECT sensor replaced as I planned to keep the truck for 5 years or so to haul my travel trailer.

Any ideas before I head back to the Dodge dealer..? I kept my 02 Ram 1500 until 2014(12 years) and thought that I was stepping up.Now I just want to fix it right or get rid of it

Thanks in advance

Jack

additional info

I also wanted to say that the code came on today at the first engine start, wwith the truck undriven for 3 days(stone cold)
sometimes it comes on the first or second start...
It is my understanding that the mileage stays poor unless the engine achieves close loop fueling..If I am incorrect somebody please let me know..

Is 11 mpg normal for these beasts..

Also..the dealer did 2 software upgrades at $25 each..I was hoping that these might help but no joy..

Anyway..I reeely want to make this truck work ..I only drive 5-10K per year hauling my 6500 lb toy hauler

Thanks again in advance for the replies ..

Jack

That code indicates b1 not entering closed loop. If you can get your hands on a scanner or a tuner to watch st/lt fuel trims I may be able to help. We need to see what's going on here to be causing this code. 02 sensors can cause it but more than likely there's an issue else where.

B1 upstream/downstream sensors may be faulty even the new one.
Injector stick open/spraying crazy
Vacuum leak (severe)

These are some ideas. Of you can get ahold of a scanner that will be best route before spending more money at stealership

scanners..lt/st trims?

I am showing my ignorance here as I have never heard of any of these..
My 02 Ram1500 4.7 went 12 years without showing a code of any kind..so I am as ignorant as they come..

If I understand the above info correctly,an injector problem or vacuum leak(on the driver side) is causing the upstream O2 sensor to alert on faulty(?) info..
Where would I be likely to find a skilled mechanic in this area to whom I could relay the fine info that you have provided for action?
I don't think that the mechanics who did most of the work can do this(tho I will ask them)

I am retired and have time to travel throughout the Mobile/Baldwin County area in order to fix this problem.

If no referrals..what do I need to ask when calling/visiting shops?

Thanks again..this throwing parts at my truck is getting irritating and expensive..hence my visit to the stealership..

When you get to the shop you want to use ask if they have an ASE Master Tech that actually knows what hes doing. if they say not master tech but other tech i would leave and find another shop.

ths is not a hard issue to figure out you live to far from me to help in person but any good mechanic should be able to figure this out within an hour or less!
