Quarter panel exhaust

Redid my exhaust a while back, pacesetter headers, duals dumped just in front of the axle. Sound was ok, but the drone was awfull. I now extended the exhaust to dump out the side of the bed, hopefully eliminating the drone and keeping just the sound.

Point of no return, have to say cutting big holes in the bodywork made me weak in the knees lol

Point of no return

Trim

Test fitting exhaust, twin 3" duals dumping in a 5" tip.

End result, still have to connect everything on the inside, won't be as simple as I thought, lot's of stuff in the way. But then again, nothing is ever simple on these trucks

Have some over here too...just do a burn out in front of there house and call it a day. I feel more sorry for you having to deal with those gas prices!

My sister always questioned my need for my truck, until she helped me haul drywall, stone, scrap metal, firewood, etc...I think she got the picture.

Come to Texas - our trees are used for 'hanging-the-huggers' .

Are you going to need a heat shield in there to keep the plastic fender well liner from melting? That does look pretty darn good from the outside and the plumbing is going to be a work of art on the inside the way it looks lol good luck!
