P032 Heater O2 circuit code

Well finally got the header job done on the truck. Long story I will type up in this forum but I have a P032 bank 1 sensor 1 code throwing. Can this be the extension causing this? That side didnt seem to have a nice "click" like the other. Wondering if a bad connection. Or somehow a bad 02 coincidentally. The truck was down for about two months.

Anytime there is a high voltage error shown it is either not plugged in or the element is open.

I would check the electrical connects. If no change. Swap the sensors.
