Out with old

After 10 years and several reworks of the factory Y-pipe, it finally got to the point of needing to be replaced.
New Walker OEM Replacement Y with new O2 sensors and reused one of the Thrush mufflers from the previous setup.

Correctly sized duel exhaust can help the engine performance. Even on a stock Hemi engine. What he has there is basically a oem design exhaust.

Cool

This is what I am planning to install on my truck. American Racing Stainless Steel System. I just have to save a LOT of pennies, $1,650.00 worth.

The various set-up that cut up the original y-pipe and took it to this point were:
1) Factory y to SIDO muffler exiting rear corners of the bed.
2) Y-pipe cut for dual cutouts to DIDO DynoMax XFlo muffler exiting rear bumper
3) Replace XFlo with dual Thrush mufflers. Dumped.
4)Replacement with this

Welding joints on coated steel pipes do not last in N.Ohio winters with salted roads.
