New muffs

Had to replace the Dynomax X-Flo today. The muffler shop that did the install welded the pipes instead of clamping them so after a few years of Ohio Winters the joints rusted thru.
Now sporting a pair of 27" long Thrush Straight thru mufflers. Sounds good quite enough for normal driving but with a roar @ WOT.

I will never have a flowmaster again. They rust to bad inside and fall apart causing running problems Happened two times on me once on a Chevy and on my sons ram. His ram lost gas millage and power the insides of the flowmaster fell apart and blocked it up It was less than a yr. old. and they wont do anything about it. We put on a thrush and sound great and all back to normal

I've had dual Flowmasters on my truck for over 6 yrs. the only reason I plan to change them out, is for a different sound. Oddly enough, those mufflers have out lasted 2 motors, and 3 transmissions!

Question

I run MagnaFlows but I thought Thrush also made a high quality stainless muffler too.
