I recently bought a flow master super 50 which has the dual inlets and dual discharge. I read in the technical notes that they strongly recommend using a crossover tube (H pipe). Does anyone know if this is already in place in the body of the muffler? If no,t I'm assuming I will need to fabricate it into the pipe assembly. Thanks

I'm not a fan of any muffler that baffles (restricts)the exhaust. I ran a si/do Flowmaster when I first bought my truck new and liked the sound, but felt it robbed some power. With a DI/DO flowmaster muffler it should act to balance the exhaust the same as a X pipe. I've seen on the Flowmaster web page where they show a cutout of their muffler's internal construction. Maybe look at that to get an idea of what you have. Good luck...
