Why does the Hemi make that weird noise from the exhaust when it shifts gears and high RPM's? How do I get rid of that sound?

Not sure what you are describing. Some early 04's are setup like the 03 with a single cat. Could be muffler, cat(s) or the restriction in the OEM Y pipe. Either way chances are you will be changing it all soon...

It almost sounds like the noise that the ricers make when they shift gears. Like an angry bumble bee.

That would rule out tire shredding that some of the trucks have...
