I have been looking at, and like the "Manual" 3in cutouts...lol. And I have LTs, 3in Y-pipe then 3in piping all the way back and dumper after a Cherry Bomb. Should install right before the muffler or can I do it in the Y-pipe? Will it hurt me in the long run? This set-up is for 1/4 track only

I would put it in the pipe just before the muffler

it would prolly be best 2 do it b4 the y pipe if u can. if not try and put it right after the y as close to the y pipe as possible

That would be a good setup, but why not put electric cutouts in there instead? They are so much more convient to use...just flip a switch on the dash.
