The only con is the occasional code which you can get tuned out or try using the o2 simulators for. I have this setup and its definately the way to go.

Well i know you can get by the CEL light with sims or custom tune. And a guy i work with knows a guy who inspects his trans am. So gettin by the visual might be ok. Just wondering about performance.

Performance wise you will notice quite a difference, the cats are pretty restrictive.
