I've done both. Before the throttlebody and I killed 2 of them over the years. After the throttlebody and you need a n.c. solenoid valve to prevent the engine vacuum from siphoning the meth tank while not in use. My solenoid energized when the supply line hit 10psi. (Meth pump ramping up)

I plump mine before the TB for the previous post reasons. And use the solenoid as safety measure.

Before or after the IAT sensor is the real question.

I have the nozzle mounted on the intercooler outlet directly in front of the TB and the sensor off to the side of the intercooler outlet side. So splitting hairs my IAT is immediately behind the nozzle out of the spray.

I have my jet in the middle of the bend going straight down so it's pretty much fogging the straight air. This is also before the TB so I don't need to use or trust a solenoid to work.
