It's husky 94 octane, We don't have 93 were I from. It's stock bottom end, the truck also is on water meth, just need it to last a summer before looking into a built bottom end

Well you have plenty of safety margin there. When I did my egr block off plate o simple cut the tube smashed it flat and welded it shut on the one end. Never did have it blow out using the factory spring clip surprisingly!

Does anyone know what the stock fuel pump can handle for boost? For some reason my tuner, mainly tunes gms is now telling me I should get a new fuel pump. And ya we made a block off plate for the egr on the head and capped off the metal line behind the throttle body. But it seemed to have blown off when making boost.

The stock pump can take around 6 psi and keep up. I suggest at least a 320lph pump for what your doing for safety. A stroker and boost walbro 400 will make 600 to tire all day and a 450lph just handled 725 tire hp for me without issue. Main thing is above the 6-8psi range you really need to upgrade the fuel rails your using and switch over to thicker feed line for volume. -6 will support 6wheel all day with a 400lph pump -8 for up to 1000 and that’s about all a ram is going to need you need more power than that and your not going to be street driven most likely and won’t have a stock fuel tank anymore so the sky is the limit

Thanks for the input everyone, the truck is getting closer to getting done but now I'm trying to stop the egr behind the throttle body from popping off. Was thinking of maybe slapping adhesive but maybe you guys might know a solution to that aswell
