thinking about a build

hey guys, i am thinking about building my motor here in the next year or so, i went to moesperformance and saw some packages, i need some advice though, the motor will be built top to bottom, heads, cam, dampner the works (except standalone) but i was thinking about two choices, one the callies package with flat top pistons which would be a 392? or a 5.7 with the 6.1 crank and manley rods, pistons, etc....which would be better? and also less to build? this motor will be boosted and daily driven!! thanks in adavence for your imputs

Being a boosted daily driver, I would just opt for a lowered compression, fully forged 5.7.

What's up Hash??? I don't want to talk you out of a stroker, but just remember the more n/a power you're pumping out the more trans issues you'll end up with. Maybe next year the trans situation will be different. With a 392 that has heads and cam, you'll have so much n/a power that you won't be able to slam the gas pedal unless you're stopped. No more rolling punches that'll hit 2nd prime. If that's not a concern, build that bad boy up! lol
