Pulled the blower

I seen that the front seal was weeping oil so today I pulled the blower so I can replace both the seals. While I was at it I pulled the valve covers and inspected my valve train. The valve train looked great. After inspecting the blower I found a few very small dings on the outside edge of the impeller blades. Nothing serious and something that can be touched up with some fine grit emery cloth. The dings must have came from grit while running at the track without a filter and something to think about before my next track outing. So then when I'm in the process of of buttoning up the engine when my wife says her front headlight is out, the kids girlfriends car needs to be checked out and I need to replace the wiper blades on my DD which means there are now 4 vehicles that need to be worked on. When will it ever end?

Lol me every day after work. Check this look at that fix this now sleep lol.

Pulling air filter is not going to help that much is it I would rather have a safe eng running condition going anywhere IMO.

My 4" track intake tube goes straight through a modified headlight directly to the outside getting the best possible air. Intake air temps usually run an average of 10* below ambient. Don't know how adding a filter to the outside of my truck would effect the boost or air temps.

Now she just asked me to clean her headlight lenses and adjust the beams. Whats next? Wash and wax? Think I'll just go out in the garage and hide for a while.

Learned my lesson last time and ruined the pulley trying to get it off. Used anti seize this time, but still its stuck on there pretty good. Too bad I can't get a puller on there of some sort. And after all this time thinking I had a 3.125" pulley, found out when looking at the numbers its a 3".

That's a bummer. But, maybe it's time for a bigger supercharger......
