Did the install today but didn't get much of a test during rush hour in Chi-Town. I will Butt Dyno later this evening.
The Kit comes with a breather filter.
after removing the OEM parts I used the rubber elbow at the breather tube to mount the filter.
The clamp included was a bit small for what I wanted to do so I used a zip tie to secure the filter into the breather tube elbow.

The rest of the install can be done with the Hemi hat on. The section at the throttle body is a little easier going with the hat off.

I assembled the rest of the intake keeping the clamps just firm enough to make adjustments.
Helpful Hint: When you disassemble the OEM intake just disconnect the power and leave the sensor in the old tube. You can take it out and install it into the new piece easier.
After mounting and adjustments it looked like this.

The filter is lined up with the fender intake hole.
Last steps were connect the power wire to the sensor, apply the included spiffy decal and say Ahhh!

No problems with clearances at all.
