guys I need your help PLEASE ASAP...or I am walking to work again

Well I couldn't get everything done....actually not much at all over the weekend. My truck as it is right now can not be driven; so I was lucky and got to walk to work today.....

Anyways PLEASE look at the following pictures ASAP....and tell me what goes connected to where. Since I bought this kit used.....3/4 of the stuff I have had to guess so far where they go because nothing at all has labels. These things listed I do not know where they go. Please help me so that I don't have to walk to work again tomorrow.

BTW, where does the blow-off valve hose go? Picture would be helpful.

P.S. I really am not knowledgeable with words so....I live by "A picture is worth a thousand words", so If you could do me the favor If you know where it goes please include me a picture. PLEASE ThiS APPLIES FOR EVERYTHING IN THIS POST.

I THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!!!!

These 1st 3 pictures are of one wiring harness. Where does what go?

This picture is of a red and blue wire. Where do they go?

Wow, do you have a manual? You really need to carefully read it and compare the wires and connectors and all.

The green electronic relay is for the 9th injector. You are not going to use that.

The little phono jack looks like the one that goes to the alarm for the oil pump that goes into the cab.

I don't remember which of the others do what.

You have a used older kit so there is stuff there that you don't need.

You really need to understand how the system works and then wire it accordingly.

Yes I have a manual....
The green relay one is the second set of pictures right?

What your saying is that I won't need this entire harness right?
Sounds good....one less thing to worry about.

What does the phone jack go connected to....I don't see anything that he sent me that would plug into there.

The phone jack plugs into a Piezo-electric buzzer the size of a quarter with a 1 ft. extension. It is powered from the pressure switch mounted in the oil line down by the turbo housing. It sounds an alarm if the oil return pump quits working.

All of the vacuum tubes should tie into the factory 3/8" vacuum hose between the intake manifold and brake booster.

The rear undercarriage wire harness connects to the underhood harness via the multi-pin 'rotalock' connector.

The oil pump 'high/low' pressure switch I have tiewrapped to the brake master cylinder close to where yours is pictured.

Do you have a meth. injection kit included? The large solid state relay in the picture looks the same as my meth. pump relay.

Should probably get things installed and checked one part at a time b4 doing the entire thing.

If you already have the turbo on the truck, get all the wiring and plumbing for the oilpump installed and tested first. Then get the SMT6 and injectors installed and working. The water/meth and boost controller and not vital, and should be the lowest priority.

It is extreamly important not to get in a panic and figure things are installed right and go try without checking and double checking everything, it could cost you a motor... trust me... If the turbo is not installed yet, just finish the SMT6 and Injector install. You can still drive your truck and put the turbo on another day. If you have the turbo on and get the oil working, but don't have the SMT6/injectors installed, you can still drive your truck, but you have to accelerate slowly, and watch going uphills, cause you will have to keep that thing out of boost.

As much as I tried I am going to have to walk to work tomorrow too.

Anyways in the picture where the smt-6 is, what is the white connector on the electrical board with the red led on it? Where does it go?

And there is a white plug the comes from the harness that goes attached to the smt-6.......does that white plug plug into anything?

Thanks for all your help guys!!

The green box with wiring would be used with the auxilary injector or meth injection. We don't use the auxilary injector any more and I'd set it aside and worry about it later if you have the meth injection.

The BOV reference hose just goes to your main vacuum source. Same hose you have the map sensor connected to.

Here is a pic of the boost controller.
