I like it! I do have a few questions though. Did you sand the joints on the inside of the tubes? Is there any possibility of maybe adding a PVC nipple in the 90* elbow, that ties into the TB, for the crankcase vent tube? And finally, what are the odds of a replacement tube for the factory setup from the TB to the stock airbox? I'd like to keep the factory aribox and eliminate the hemihat thing.......

The ends of the fittings and pipe are all sanded down to a V notch so when butted together and welded, you get a full weld just like you would do metal. Because they are lined up perfectly, there is nothing to sand on the inside of the pipe and the two pieces would be flush fit to one another and smooth.

It is very possible so add a fitting at the 90* so a 3/4" hose can be attached and routed to the oil filler vent tube. Thats a great idea for someone who doesnt want to just add a crankcase filter.

A short piece of pipe with a 90* can be done to replace the hemihat and flexible hose it has. Thats easy. Only problem I have is i got rid of my hemi hat a LONG time ago so i have nothing to mock up with but Im sure I could find someone locally who would let me test fit against theirs.
