air sensor

While installing my forced air unit I snapped the air sensor...... Well, it was either that or drop my beer... Anyhow, now I need a new one.

Recommendations? (Besides, next time put down the beer first)

Any type better than others?

Thanks in advance.

If you're referring to the Air Intake sensor, your only choice is to call the parts guy at the Dodge dealership... I don't believe there is an aftermarket part out there for that.

quote: O.k thanks guys. Here's another question.

On the sensor, there is a small directional tab.

Which direction should the tab face? Forward toward the incoming air OR to the rear facing the motor?
Sabre, the BLUE tab faces towards the front of the intake. This message has been edited. Last edited by: semo03hemiram, document.write(''+ myTimeZone('Wed, 06 Feb 2008 13:09:45 GMT-0800', '06 February 2008 04:09 PM')+''); 06 February 2008 04:09 PM

The tab on the air sensor in the stock air box faces away from the in coming air.
