I had another good experience with OC- this time with Service on the wifes car.
They went the extra mile that they didn't have to, and, also detailed her car inside and out at no cost, no comment, no hassle.

PCM issue.
They came and picked up the car from her place of work, left her a loaner, resolved the issue, detailed it fairly nicely (I think they even got out a couple parking lot dings) to include getting all of the Great Dane hair out of the seats- and brought it back to her at work. No muss, no fuss, no runs, drips or errors.
