I made these today to fit into the tailgate cover. I was thinking about using some chrome paint or something but again i think I prefer the black "is it stock?" look.

The beer question is a VERY serious issue. I guess I will have to weigh the pros and cons of keeping these in, good thing I only used double sided tape for now. LOL

How about installing these with a weather proof Velcro so you could remove them and use the cup holders!

Your a freaken CNC madman. Nice job on them.
Your boss wants to know if your doing it on company time! jk
I'm gonna have to get you to do some of my mods since I never get enough time to do it on our machines.
What do you use for cadcam? and whats your CNC? Are they flush with the liner or do you need to be careful when sliding a case of beer across it?

I be wary of the two-face tape after a while in the elements. If you like it enough, consider glueing them.
I like the black 'factory' look but if your gonna paint I vote for white to match the truck.
