custom Six Pack hood

i started a Six Pack hood project, loving it already, can't wait to get it finished and installed.
now i need some ideas for a custom air induction for it, the original six pack one is too expensive so that's a no no

Looks good. When you figure out the air intake I would like to know.

OK, it's ready for paint and i got quoted $100.00 plus cost of materials for the paint job, i would say +-$150.00 total, (Friends price)
is it a good deal?
They are pretty busy so i would have to wait a couple of days to squeeze in and they wont do quick job, it will take 2 days to complete the job they say, primer, base, clear and something else i don't remember the name but it sounds expensive.
i don't know, It's painful to wait

$150 to paint the hood completely is a great price anywhere.
