I would go with an HID set-up.

Properly done HID's will always be the best choice - BUT - to address your question I'm using the 80 Watt 'Off Road' Hella Bulbs in my fogs and like the results; also you can use the 'off-road' 80 Watt YELLOW Hella bulb that actually makes the fogs work better as fog lights. Good Luck.

I rescued it from a Ford dealership. That was the day I brought it home. Now it has MR Horsepower on the front.

You can get HID's almost anywhere. Ebay sells them for about $70 a pair, but no warranty I believe, and some ballast issue's. Not a worry though, ya just had to turn them back off, and back on, and they'd come on.

Mine were $150 with a warranty, and it was plug and play. Make sure of that so you don't have to cut yer factory wires. Only thing you have to figure out is where to mount the ballast, and yer good.

I'll see if I can get a pic, but I mine came with a bracket for the ballast with holes in it, and I just mounted it on the lower inside screw mount that's used for the fogs.
