HID or LED head light bulbs???

I'm looking at possibly replacing my headlights and fog lights pretty soon. Id like a 6000k light but not sure if I should go with the led set up or hid set up. What do you guys think would be a better choice?

Also does anyone recommend any after market headlight and fog lights? There's several to chose from but have heard of allot of issues with bulb fitment and water leaking in. I've been looking on eBay mostly. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Sounds like hid's are the way to go. I'm going to be getting these but with 6000k I think the 8000k might be too blue.

Which ones are meant for HID's? I haven't found any stating that in my searchs. I emailed a couple of eBay sellers but haven't heard back. I don't want to get HIDs and end up melting the housing or having bulb fitment issues..
