Headlights don't work :(

So I haven't had headlights for 3 days. I've tried tracing the issue for the last couple days and haven't figured it out. I have an opt7 hid kit. I've replace the four post relay with two new ones and still nothing. I've traced back to the green plug that comes from the truck and have no power with the light switch on. I checked the fuses and all are good. There are two plugs that come from the truck for head lights. On the kit the black two wire one doesn't get used and the green three wire does. If I turn the lights on the black unused one has power but not the green. Anyone have any suggestions?

Yup pulled them out and looked and also checked with a test light and I have power across the fuse. Checked for loose connection behind the dash and found nothing. High beams work and so do the fogs and parking lights..

Headlights are controlled by the Front Control Module (FCM) Pretty much needs a scan tool to trouble shoot the circuits. Take a look at the Service manual and it describes the process. Good luck..

I bet the computer is not seeing the load from them and is turning the bulbs off inside the control module. Try hooking factory bulbs I to the plugs and turn the key on and off three times waiting about 10s per turn then turn the lights on and see if they work. If they do its a load thing and circuit is good if not we can scan it and see what's up

If I remember right there is a default mode that turns on the low beams if there is a FCM failure. This might help in trouble shooting.

Edit: this is from the service manual.
The FCM responds to these messages by providing a pulse width modulated voltage output to the proper headlamp bulb through the right and left low and high beam output circuits to illuminate the selected headlamp filaments. The
FCM also remembers which beams (low or high) were selected when the headlamps were last turned Off, and energizes those beams again the next time the headlamps are turned On. The EMIC provides a battery saver (load
shedding) feature for the headlamps, which will turn these lamps off if they are left on for more than about five minutes with the ignition switch in the Off position. The EMIC provides a fail-safe feature for the headlamps, which will send an electronic message to the FCM to turn the low beam headlamps On automatically if it detects no input from the headlamp switch. Each headlamp includes an integral reflector adjustment screw to be used for static aiming of the headlamps.

Thanks Redtruck I'm working on it again.

I checked my old bulbs and none have the 3 prong plug. I can't remember what plugs into the green plug. Has to be a bulb..

I scanned with my predator and got codes p0152 and p0868 none for the lights. Not sure why the o2 one poped up and I'm gonna checks fluid level for the other...

Still haven't figured out my light issue. I want to check the switch. Anyone know how to remove the light switch?

I have heard the Multifunction switch has a higher than normal failure rate. I personally have never had a problem with mine. Since it functions at the 5v level it probably needs a scanner to check it. It has different value resisters that signals the FCM to activate the different functions.
