Question

Doesn't the 2010 still have the openings for the fogs? If so, they can be easily added and the wiring should already be there anyway...

It Prob has the connection for it my 04 does. But you'll need a new bumper cover with the holes for the fogs

Right, you can get a new bumer cover with cut outs for fogs. You don't have to tap into your running lights, as most of the aftermarket fog light kits come with harness and the switch, so you don't have to worry about it.

Check out the Mopar kit: 82211694AC. It comes with the mounting brackets, replacement switch and wiring.
