You can get new lens at am auto. Set (2) for $88.00 and they have the headlight bulb already installed. You'll have to use your old parking light bulb. Just installed in my 04 today.

The toothpaste works well. A little elbow grease and then wipe it off with a damp towel. I tried it on my wife'd 350 z and the results are wonderful.

The Sylvania headlight restore kit is the best, hands down. It gets the light housing crystal clear and (here is the most important thing) this is the only kit that comes with a UV barrier coating which will keep it clear for a couple years as opposed to all other kits which will dull again in 6 to 18 months.

I just did the headlights on my 2002 Ram 4.7L about a month ago. Here is how they turned out after 30 minutes worth of work (per side):
*Note, the UV barrier protectant needs 4- 6 hours to fully cure.

Sounds silly but bug spray with 40% deet spay on rag and wipe the lens. Worked on my daughters milky lenses.
