Blacked out my tails with VHT NITE-SHADES

4 coats of VHT and no clear coat... it seemed as tho if I kept each coat thin and let it dry between coats, it stayed semi-glossy and that was fine with me. I can always go back later and wet-sand and clear coat later if I want. Thanks

I like it. Been meaning to do my 3rd break light. It's faded from what it use to be.
Everyone that I know of that has done that says if you don't clear coat it will fade out pretty fast.

I've done my headlights too! I didn"t black them out as much as I did the tail lights, sort of a dark smoke. I think they turned out great! Still have good light its just not a white light but I can still see way down the road. Let me know what yall think!
