2007 Ram 1500 Turn signal problems

Hello, I'm new to the forums.
I bought this Ram in January and I'm having issues with the turn signals. The right turn signal flashes very fast. The left turn signal flashes normal but the license plate lights flash with it. It has the factory tow package with the 7 way and 4 pin flat plug. The 4 pin plug was corroded and I cleaned it but this did not help. I replaced the bulbs on the right side. The grounds under the hood look good. I looked at the rear of the truck and could not find any body or frame grounds. Anyone have any ideas where to look for problems ?

The bed ground to chassis is passenger side front of bed on my 03. Sounds like the harness has be modified. The license plate light doesn't normally flash. I would start there and work backwards. I think you will find all the lights have a common ground. The fast blinking side is somehow connected to the license plate light.

First try taking the rear lights and swapping them and testing function again. The boards are a very common issue. If after you swap the boards side to side and it’s atill there then it’s time to start digging deeper.
