That’s the problem with eBay. Sometimes you get companies that bend over backwards for you, other times you’re completely ignored. One time I had a bad experience ordering my S&B intake with delayed shipping, so I left negative feedback. About a week later the company messaged me through eBay and said they would give me a $70 refund if I would change my feedback to positive. I said sure why not, it was an expensive part I paid for 2 day shipping and it took almost two weeks to show up. Well I changed my feedback to positive and never got a refund. I reached out to the company and explained what happened and I straight up got called a liar, that their company would never offer a refund. I even provided proof with screenshots of all my messages recieved FROM THEIR COMPANY and then just got ignored. I went to put my feedback back to negative, only to find out you can only change feedback one time and it’s set. So that was pretty dirty

Xtralights maybe on ebay and I wish I could leave negetive feedback. But I made my purchase from their website online. Their website looks legit with lots of contact information and guarantee satisfaction statements. But they simply don't respond to any attempt to communicate. Their two phone numbers, one for overseas sales remain busy signal 24/7 reqardless of their business hours. Thats the real clue these guys are NOT legit...

I'm confident this will workout out for me. But you never know.. I got robbed once over the years. I found a motorcycle site that had a set of rare headers in stock. I had communicated with the manufacturer and they were out of stock and most likely weren't going to make anymore. I double checked with the site and they confirmed they had a set. I bought them and sure enough they didn't have the headers. This was like $1200 for the headers. They told me they were on back order. Having already talking to the manufacturer I knew none were going to be made, so told them to refund my money and when they came in to notify me and I would buy them. They said no problem and charged me 20% restocking fee. This was a restocking fee for something they didn't have. Wellsfargo wouldn't listen to they were charging me for restocking an item they sold that was suppose to be on the shelve and wasn't available. My opinion finally became they didn't have any parts and it was all a scam..

Opened a dispute with paypal and continued to try and contact extralights. Taking screenshots of all the attempts. Finally got a email midmorning stating it would all be taken care of as my satisfaction was guaranteed and the lights were being deliveried today..... lol. I refused delivery and seriously looking forward to what is next....

I look for entertainment wherever I can find it... but seriosly I cancelled this order days before shipping occurred and they had plenty of time to pull the order. But no, they pushed it forward and ignored my attempts to communicate.

Man, am I being bent over..
I had filed a dispute and supplied supporting documents outlining my attempts to confirm the cancellation and establish communication with the seller. I recoeved no responses. Paypal came back saying I had not provided any supporting documents and my claim was denied. Right there on the same page are my documents. With interesting enough no replys from the seller. Not even an acknowledgement of the dispute. The deck is apparently stacked from the get go.... Request the case be reopened and get a email that the seller now must respond within 10 days to determine the dispute. So apparently the current business plan is to have a website that the only thing that can be done is to purchase an item. Everything else is ignored, email, phone calls text messages. There is only auto-reponse. They even have a live chat button that says hello, nothing else happens. Even Paypal plays the game. I was put on hold for 30 minutes where I was told 183 times to go to their website and stop bothering people. If I can get my money back l will be very surprised.
