In all honestly it depends on what you do and want to do with the truck. You could drop down to 4:10's but then there goes your gas milage. Do you have any other mods on the truck at all? Superchips or Diablo or any chip tuner? This might help as well.

4:56 or 4:10s would help you out a lot, but then I really don't know much about your truck at all and as I said, what you do and plan to do with it. That and if your truck is a 4X4 you'd need to do both differentials as well.

The truck is all stock. Stock axles and gears, leveling kit on front. The only nods on the engine is a cold air intake. I haven't checked the numbers on the diff. To see what the actual gears are. I plan on doing a programmer eventually., but the drivetrain is taking all the funds right now.

I am just assuming you have 3.73 gears in your truck. If this is whats in there I would change them out to atleast a 4.10, but if you are going to change I would recommend 4.56's. You will probably lose some fuel mileage, but who bought one of these trucks for mileage.
