Truck kind of shakes when slowly coming to a stop

Construction is causing a lot of backed up traffic on my way home from work and I've noticed my '04 1500 will shake sometimes when I'm either riding the brake at very slow speeds or when I'm coming to a very slow stop. I'm assuming my brake rotars are warped, any suggestions?

For example the shaming almost feels like I'm creeping down the shoulder of a hwy with my wheels rolling over those grooves that vibrate and warn you of going out of your lane.

Garage
Check the wheel bearings while you are in there.

How many miles on the truck?
Could be rotors, extremely high miles could be bearings compounding the shake.

It has 190k on it. I do know it needs new front brake pads.....well I say that, I've been getting a lot of brake dust on my front wheels, which is normally a good sign, but I don't know if that could also indicate another problem as well. They hardly ever squeal though.

I haven't had enough time off to change the pads and look at everything, but I will definitely check the bearings as well when I change them eventually. I'm not bringing it to a shop to do that easy of a job lol.
