Tire replacement time

When I purchased my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab, in December 2013, it had Hankook Ventus ST 275/55R20 117V tires, and 58K miles. Today I ordered a new set of Hankook Ventus ST 275/55R20 117V tires to replace the current set. The tires are not worn out, but the tread is worn enough that I want to replace them anyways. I really like these tires.

I went with the Ventus ST Hankook's too since they have my tire size and Pirelli no longer has the 305/45/22 size that I use. So far the Hankook's seem great as well as being cheaper than the Pirelli's.

I don't know what the mileage was when the tires were installed. I purchased the truck in December 2013, with 58,000 miles on it.

Pirellis are good performance tires, but the trade off is they don't last very long.

I have the cooper discoverer at3 on my truck with 53k on them and they still look good. I think they will make it the summer. Great in the rain

Replaced my factory Goodyear's at 49000mls (couldn't get the size here) with Cooper Zeon's. I've done 21000mls and they still looking good.
