Technical question needing help please

I couldn't get the wheels I wanted first choice damn it, but I feel like I got some that will look pretty good nonetheless...

my question is about offset....

I am currently running 245/70/17's and I have enroute with tracking number........can't wait!

Devino mallet (618) which are 20x9 the offset is positive 15, just called and confirmed that.

I have the Ventus RH06's and I have them sized 305/50/20 for the rears and 275/55/20 for the front to eliminate concerns with turn radius, but moreso for the racier look I think it will give it.

My question is what exactly will this offset do on my truck? Its a 2004 regular cab with the hemi looking for some bling....

you need to run a smaller tire in the front like a 285/50/20 because the other will be taller than your rear tires. on off set i will have to check on.

5.95 in 151.13 mm These are the 275/55/20's

6.00 in 152.4 mm These are the 305/50/20's

I don't understand where I'm taller in the front, there is only a difference in sidewall heighth of 5/100ths of an inch, most people can't spot an eighth....did I figure it wrong?

I appreciate the input, let me know what I did wrong and about the offset too if you can.

No disrespect, but your wrong on this one dude, just got from NY visiting my parents so I've not had a chance to get back on here until now...but my wheels and tires are a perfect match in height in regards to the sidewalls and just what I anticipated in width the front being about an 1 and a 1/4 inch narrower than the rears....looks hot in my opinion, but I do thank you for your opinions!

Good day and I'll see if I can enter for truck of the month, I took some nice photos so we'll see.

Here is one from the back, I guess the photos aren't as clear as I thought, I must have had them on low res when I took them...I'll have to take some here in Virginia in better light...these were taken at my parents in upstate NY. Looks beefy. I like the Gaylord also. I believe I am going to do the same offset type thing when it is time for me to upgrade my tires. Does it ride any different?

I have got to figure out how to reduce my file size, but anyway....does it ride any different with the wider tires....it feels alot stickier to the asphalt to me, really hugs up, they still spin a bit in the rain when I accelerate, but I'm not sure how they do as far as hydroplaning and I'm always afraid of that after I had it happen to me many years ago....lucky no accident though. I do very much like the tires, I'm just afraid I'll get nails in them now, especially for the type of work I do. The offset is subtle, but just enough to be noticed if you're looking. I'm very happy with this set up.
