Noise from front end

So this is what I have, 2006 Megacab 2 wheel drive that I just bought. I have a noise coming from the front end when I hit a bump in the road, but I don't hear it when I hit the same bump and I'm pushing on the brakes. My brake anit-rattle clips are fine though, any thoughts????

Weird. Check and make sure calipers are tight first off. If the clips are good its likely that the pads are not the noise but don't rule it out its still a possibility. It could also be a control arm or a bushing when hitting brakes it gets kinda loaded so it won't make the noise. Some of these can Deff be a pain to find.

The only thing I found loose when I pulled the tires were the rotors but once the tires and lug nuts were tightened the rotors would be tightened up. I'll have to check the bushings.... Thanks

i have had a rattling noise in my 03 front end for a few months now. Cannot seem to find anything when I check it just sitting on the ground, or jacked up via control arm or the frame. It seems to only happen going down the road and hitting bumps.
What a pain. I assume I will find it when whatever it is finally breaks.

Keep us updated if you find anything.

Keith I know. But I don't trust the truck enough to drive it very far. It is doing some weird things. Or making some weird vibrations and feels like it has some kind of drag going on. Not to mention the fricken tire vibration between 70 and 76mph.

Do you ever make it over to the west cost? Or would you consider a run over this way?
