Nitto Terra Grapplers

I currently have Michelin Cross Terrains on (305/50/20) On Helo Max 6 wheels.... After doing much research on finding a new tire...I have decided on 305/55/20 Nitto terra Grapplers. I'm doing a 2 1/2" lift to fit those badboys under the front... Anyone running these tires that could maybe gimme a little insight into them?... tread wear, handling, etc would be very helpful. 07 QC 1500 hemi.

Hi Hemicide,
I'm looking for new shoes for my truck also. The 305/55/20's should fit fine, as they are the same 33" diameter, but about 1.5" wider. I would install the new leveling keys for the front end lift only, and you will be fine. I'm thinking about the exact same thing. What's the best price that you found for the Nitto's and where?

Discount tires direct... best price so far.. about 286 a piece.... Its not so much the height.. its the extra width combined with the offset of my rim that caused it to rub the fender....

my cousin has them on his '05 ram....nice tires, but he'll be lucky to get 25k miles out of them (he has the 17" wheels)....a tire dealer told me they don't last very long also.

they are a softer rubber, but have seen some last 60,000 miles while others get 20,000. Seen it on some tires that got 35,000 miles while others got 70,000. Depends on driving habits and location, location, location. if you live on a dirt/rocky road, any tire will wear fast.
