Maintenance and upgrade

well my front brakes started squealing a week ago. i needed to order ucas from rock auto so i ordered the brakes as well...front rotors and rear pads showed up today...went with powerstop front drilled and slotted rotors and powerstop ceramic pads all around. for the extra 100$ it cost i think it should be worthwhile. any extra braking with the lift and tires should be worth it and well needed. rear rotors are still great..nice and smooth with no real edge so im not replacing yet, pads are about half way so the hell with it throw on a new set anyway. front pads and uca should be here tomorrow they are the next step up from these as well, evolution plus i think....real happy with rock auto so far

everyone likes pics so here ya go.

so i got em done, front pads had lots of material left, but they were falling apart and rusted as hell. the rears were slightly better but pads were past the wearbar mark. the rotors are what surprised me, the fronts are toast. pitting and holes and warped along with some sever ripples. the rears are not great but no to bad. all in all a nice easy job, took my time and i was about 2 hours, included cleaning and greaseing everything, rust checked and antisieze on everything as weell...also i had a few sliders sticking and one rear brake pad was stuck in the bracket. so deffiently worth while today. so to those of you that have a lifted truck with big tires, check your brakes. mines 2.5 years old with less than 20k miles. the 2 year old caliper paint is hanging in there haha ..my rims are flaking now and rotten from all the rain as well...no win al all lol.

Newfie, when does your vibration kick in? Mine is between about 72 and 79 MPH (not KPH).
or is yours doing something else? i cannot figure out where its coming from?
